photo prompt: who hides under the like?

photo prompt Love's Test by Tomas Karkalas
The freedom to talk what you want is a great achievement, yet the joy needs the listeners. The posts without the comments threaten. So I put the photo prompt  Love‘s Test.  Speak your mind, who hides  under the "like" stats?  Who prefer anonymity to the word that changes what we see in the picture currently?

The world is a dangerous place.
Not because of those who do evil,
but because of those who look on and do nothing.
- Albert Einstein

My eye was caught by a phrase Book of Questions. Oh! I like such books. I see them as the wondrous mirrors because the questions gift an opportunity to discover oneself in the raised issues and thus to escape the current boredom that should be described as the penalty for past silence. As I hear the questions, I sense myself on a heaven-sent Ferris Wheel with all my past underfoot. It is hard to re-view the situations when I was not brave enough to voice my mind publicly and thus exchanged the character‘s status to the watcher‘s safety...The questions wake up and challenge.

a shield against self pity

a shield against self pity by Tomas Karkalas

The picture reflected my passing, the farewell.
The peaceful farewell.
Therefore I questioned myself
Have I the right to smear the colorful  illusions of my digital paintings
by adding the information about myself, the hand that kept the paintbrush?

We may pass by the flowers without mentioning them but that doesn't mean the flowers didn't exist. The same apply to all the sick.
While talking with my windowsill I have grasped that people are used to note those
who shout loudly and ignore those who just patiently look through the window.
The artists retire and leave their crafts to others but life do not stop therefore.

The flowers are the shields against self pity.

Freedom from worry.

I have read "the primary cause of unhappiness is never the situation but thought about it“ That‘s the common knowledge. So I looked around to check my day. The awareness of discount price looked more important than the benefit of the meditation. That was strange yet true.
On the other hand, what looked like the confusing situation provided a lot of opportunities for joy. You and I were free to follow either the world‘s example or the spiritual powers.
We are free. What a glorious view!
